Privacy notice

Stitchnoire is a made-to-measure tailoring service. You can reach us about this notice or your data at hajira@stitchnoire.in.

• Your account email.
• Customer details you enter: name, gender, height, weight.
• Body photos — these are processed to calculate your measurements but are not stored by Stitchnoire.
• Body measurements: the original AI-calculated values and any corrections you make.
• Consent records — what you agreed to, and when.
• Basic technical logs (e.g. for security and troubleshooting).

Your consent, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

• Supabase — our database and login provider, hosted in Mumbai, India.
• Vercel — hosts the Stitchnoire application.
• 3DLOOK — processes your photos to compute measurements. Your front and side photos are sent to our measurement partner, 3DLOOK, only to calculate your body measurements. StitchNoire does not store the photos themselves — only the resulting measurements are saved to your account, and you can delete them at any time. We are confirming retention and deletion terms with 3DLOOK; we will update this notice once that's finalised.

Until you delete it, or delete your account. Photos are never stored by us in the first place.

• Access a summary of your data — see “Download my data” in your account.
• Correction — edit your measurements or customer details anytime.
• Erasure — delete individual scans, or your whole account.
• Withdraw consent — you give consent separately for each scan. You can withdraw at any time by deleting individual scans or your account from the Account page, or by emailing hajira@stitchnoire.in. Withdrawal stops further processing, deletes the measurements, and we ask 3DLOOK to delete the associated photos.
• Grievance redressal — contact our grievance officer, Thameem (hajira@stitchnoire.in), or complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of your death or incapacity, by contacting us.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access controls ensure only you can see your own data.

We may update this notice from time to time. We'll update the version and date above when we do.
